Lara Settles for 'Not Bad' Jack
October 3, 2000 -- Apparently roguish Jack Nicholson is as good as it gets for Lara Flynn Boyle.
The wafer-thin actress had reportedly ditched Nicholson — who's more than twice her age — last month in the hopes of securing a new man. Though Boyle had allegedly moved her things out of the actor's home and was spotted chatting up a newly single Bruce Willis at an Emmy post-party in September, she tells Talk magazine that Jack's still her man.
"He's the chief, right?" The Practice's waif asks (we hope rhetorically) in the November issue of Talk. "What else is there to say? It's not bad sleeping with Einstein [her mortifying nickname for Jack]." "Not bad"? Lara, honey, shoot for the stars.
Boyle, 30, goes on to make her relationship with 63-year-old Nicholson look even less satisfying. When asked if she's serious about the leering star, she replies vaguely, "I'm in love with love. And absolutely. I mean, you hit a certain point when why would you spend a certain amount of time with somebody if you weren't?"
Uh, because he has courtside season tickets to Lakers games?
