Guys Tell All: Their Wild Ride With Lohan

The young men in Lindsay Lohan's car Tuesday morning talk to TMZ.com

July 27, 2007 — -- Three young men went to a party in Malibu, Calif., but they didn't know they were in for the ride of their lives with Lindsay Lohan later that night.

In interviews posted to the celebrity Web site TMZ.com, Dante Nigro, Jakon Sutter and Ronnie Blake say they were taken hostage in the wee hours of Tuesday morning.

According to the trio, who are friends of Lohan's former assistant's boyfriend, they drove to Malibu for a party, where Nigro said Lohan was drinking nonstop.

Lohan's assistant reportedly got into a fight with her boyfriend outside the party, and when Lohan came out, she got upset. The next thing they knew the assistant quit.

According to Nigro, the three guys were sitting in his GMC Denali when all of the sudden Lohan jumped into the driver's seat, started the engine and sped off after her assistant.

Nigro said he tried to grab the wheel of the car and Lohan said, "If you touch me, I'll sue you." Blake said he tried to get out of the car but couldn't because Lohan stepped on the gas the second his foot touched the pavement.

Nigro said they were going 100 miles per hour in the vehicle and at one point Lohan was boasting, "I can't get in trouble. I'm a celebrity. I can do whatever the f--- I want."

Lohan continued to drive at dangerous speeds to her assistant's mother's house, believing that's where she would be. At the time Lohan pulled up, the mother was pulling out, according to the Web site.

According to Nigro, Lohan chased after her and continued to claim her celebrity made her invincible.

Sutter and Nigro say they watched Lohan flunk her sobriety test and that she practically tipped over when she tried to touch her nose.

"It was pretty much the worst night of my whole summer," Blake told the Web site.

A representative for Nigro, Sutter and Blake told the Insider that they plan on presenting Lohan's lawyer with a civil legal complaint after the Tuesday morning incident.

Lohan, 21, was arrested for investigation of misdemeanor, driving under the influence and with a suspended license, and felony cocaine possession.

And it wouldn't be the first time.

The hard-partying starlet was recently released from rehab wearing an ankle bracelet. She checked herself into the Promises rehabilitation center after a Memorial Day accident when she lost control of her Mercedes-Benz convertible and struck a curb. Police found "useable" traces of cocaine in the car.

Lohan maintains her innocence. Access Hollywood host Billy Bush said he received an e-mail from Lohan in which she stated:

"I am innocent... did not do drugs they're not mine. I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin's mom. I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy."

A few hours after Lohan's release on $25,000 bail, her attorney, Blair Berk, issued the following statement:

"Addiction is a terrible and vicious disease. Unfortunately, late yesterday I was informed that Lindsay had relapsed. The bracelet has now been removed. She is safe, out of custody and presently receiving medical care."
