Top 5 Moments at the Teen Choice Awards

"The Fault in Our Stars" earned numerous surfboard-shaped trophies.

— -- Hollywood’s biggest trophies were distributed Sunday.

The Teen Choice Awards -- honoring movies, television, music, comedy, sports, fashion and Web stars -- celebrated its 16th award show, with more than 165 million votes cast online. Winners receive surfboard-shaped trophies.

The show was held at the Shrine Auditorium adjacent to the University of Southern California’s campus after the original venue, UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion, was flooded during a recent water main break.

Here are five key moments from Sunday’s show.

‘The Fault in Our Stars’ Wins Big

Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort of "The Fault in Our Stars" rode a victorious wave at the Teen Choice Awards.

The actors were honored with several prizes at Sunday's fan-favorite extravaganza, including choice drama movie actor and breakout movie star for Elgort and choice drama and action movie actress for "Divergent" star Woodley. The pair was also awarded the trophy for choice movie lip-lock for their "Fault in Our Stars" smooch.

"I don't surf or anything, so I guess I'm gonna put this on my wall," said Elgort of the unique prize.

Reunited

Tyler Posey has come a long way.

Movie mother and son were reunited on the Teen Choice stage Sunday, when Lopez appeared onstage to present an award. As Lopez approached the microphone, Posey sidled up beside her.

“Hi Jennifer,” he said.

“Hi Tyler,” she responded, and they hugged.

“I know we haven’t seen each other since ‘Maid in Manhattan” forever ago, but I thought if maybe you needed a backup dancer, I’d fit. What do you think?” At that, Posey started shaking and grinding.

“If I say yes, will you stop?” Lopez asked.

Sure, Posey responded. So the dancing stopped, and JLo said yes, and Posey jumped offstage, rejoicing at his new opportunity.

The pair were later seen backstage, with Posey wearing a coconut bra -- part of his new dancing gig?

Growing Up With the Kardashians

“We’re so happy to still be winning an award like this, so thank you so much for watching and voting for us,” Kim Kardashian said.

“We’ve grown up on this show, and it’s just a blessing to still be doing this, so thank you guys … we love you,” Kendall Jenner said.

“And it’s my birthday,” said Kylee Jenner, 17. “This is the most awesome birthday present.”

Dapper Don

“The Hunger Games” heavy won the award for best villain.

"You named me the most villainous?" asked Sutherland. "My wife -- I have been married for 42 years -- my wife asked me to tell you that she agreed with you."

Kevin Hart Stands Tall

Kevin Hart won the award for comedy movie actor -- and Teen Choice used the opportunity on Twitter to poke fun at Hart.

“And the board is taller than him, lol.”
