Tori Spelling, Pregnant, in Car Accident
Actress chased by paps crashes into wall while taking kids to school.
June 13, 2011 -- Tori Spelling, who is pregnant with her third child, crashed her car into a school wall while driving her two children to school today.
The 37-year-old actress and reality star revealed the details of the accident on Twitter.
"Paparazzi chased me w/the kids 2school," Spelling wrote. "I was trying to get away from him and had a pretty big accident. Took down whole wall of school."
But the accident did not deter the photographer from taking pictures.
"He thn STILL got out to try to get pics. 10 school moms chased him away. Wht will it take? Someone dying for paparazzi to stop?"
It appears that neither Spelling, who announced her pregnancy in April, nor her two children, 4-year-old Liam and 2-year-old Stella, were hurt during the crash.
"Tori is really shaken up but she and the kids are doing fine," her rep told People magazine. "She's going to the doctor for a checkup."
Spelling also indicated she was heading to her doctor.
"Going to dr now to check on baby. I think its just shock," she wrote.
A friend of Spelling told People what happened: "[The photographer] followed her into the driveway of the school. She pulled into the driveway and tried to get away from him. She reversed to leave and then hit the wall."
Spelling's car was slightly banged up. "She had minor damage to her car," the friend told People, "and there's minor damage to the wall at the school."
A spokesman for the Los Angeles Police Department, when contacted by ABCNews.com, was unable to find a report of the incident.
Spelling and her husband Dan McDermott, stars of their own reality show, "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood," are expecting their third child in the fall.
Last July, McDermott was rushed to the hospital after a motorcycle accident, but made a full recovery.
