Tracy Morgan Says He's 'Fighting Every Day'

The comedian was seen using a walking aid while making his way to a post office near his home.

"[I'm] fighting every day," he said, when asked how he was doing.

"When you have a traumatic brain injury it takes a very long time to find out how you're going to do and how much you're going to recover," Morgan's lawyer, Benedict Morelli, told the Associated Press last month. "You just don't know. So that's where he is. He's still fighting and trying to live his life at the same time and trying to get better, and he's just not better. We're hoping and praying to get him back to where he was. But the jury's out."

Morgan has since sued Walmart, alleging recklessness and negligence. The company has denied the allegations, claiming that Morgan was at fault for not wearing a seatbelt. Earlier this week, Walmart's attorneys denied accusations from Morgan's legal team of stalling the suit.
