-- Tyra Banks is taking her business acumen to California's Stanford University, via a new MBA class.
The former supermodel will visit Stanford in May to co-teach, with lecturer Allison D. Kluger, a business school class on personal branding, according to a Stanford course bulletin.
The course, called “Project You: Building and Extending your Personal Brand,” is described as a class that will help 25 MBA students jump-start and then hone their personal brands through three platforms; Facebook Live, local television and YouTube.
Banks, 42, took to Twitter to express her excitement. "Class is in session (in 2017). And there will be no Smizing course. Sorry to disappoint. #Standford," she posted Monday, using a term she coined to mean smiling with the eyes.
Banks, who was the host of America's Next Top Model, serves as chief executive of her beauty brand, TYRA Beauty.
