Aug. 28, 2012— -- intro: Usher may have been awarded custody of his two boys with ex-wife Tameka Foster, but she has hinted that she's not done fighting yet.

"Money can buy many things... But in the end. Truth & goodness will prevail. I must continue to believe this. Stand firm." Raymond wrote on her Twitter feed following the judge's ruling Friday.

A Fulton County, Ga., judge awarded the 33-year-old singer primary physical custody of the former couple's two sons -- 4-year-old Usher Raymond V and 3-year-old Naviyd -- though he and his ex-wife will share joint legal custody of the boys.

Foster, a 41-year-old stylist, immediately lashed out about the ruling on Twitter.

"Don't fear the enemy that attacks you... Fear the fake friend that hugs you. There's not much worse," Raymond wrote. The couple was married for a little more than two years.

The judge's decision comes just over a month after the death of Foster's 11-year-old son and Usher's former stepson, Kyle Glover.

Kyle, whose father is Atlanta TV executive Ryan Glover, was injured July when a Jet Ski driven by a friend of the former couple, collided with an inner tube holding Kyle and an unidentified 15-year-old girl. The incident left Kyle brain dead and on July 21, he died.

"I was like, 'It's ridiculous, are you mad at me? I don't know why. You know your kids are fine. They're happy. They're productive.' ... Maybe I don't do everything perfectly, but I do the best I can," Foster told the judge, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

After the ruling, Foster wrote on Twitter, "A woman's loyalty is tested when her man has nothing... A mans loyalty is tested when he has everything!"

Reps for Usher and Foster did not respond to ABCNews.com's request for comment. But in June, Usher told "GMA" co-host Robin Roberts that he was fighting for custody of his boys in order to be the "father to them that my father was unable to be to me."

Kardashian's attorney countered that not only have they been cooperative but they have spent at least $250,000 on the case so far -- which they plan to pass on to Humphries.

"To say I am frustrated is an understatement," Laura Wasser told the judge, according to E! "I'm at a loss to figure out what the holdup is. They had a prenup and were married 72 days. To what end does he want this annulment?"

The couple was married Aug. 20, 2011. Kardashian filed for divorce on Oct. 31, citing irreconcilable differences and noting that there was a prenuptial agreement. A month later, Humphries requested a legal separation or an annulment, making no mention of a prenup.

The NBA player, 27, has accused Kardashian, 31, of defrauding him by marrying him solely for TV ratings and publicity.

Among the 33 witnesses Humphries' lawyer plans to depose is Kardashian's mom, Kris Jenner, and her rapper boyfriend, Kanye West. According to TMZ, Humphries suspects that Kardashian was cheating on him with current boyfriend Kanye West because West wasn't invited to their wedding. media: 17013520

The couple divorced in 2010.

Elizabeth Travis, or "Lib" as she's known, sued Travis last April, claiming he "intentionally interfered with" her role as his manager. She was married to Travis for 19 years and managed him for 30, until, she claimed, the singer and his attorneys terminated her contract without any written notice. She said her ex "had a large truck, an armed guard and several other men" haul computers, documents and memorabilia from her Nashville office.

Travis, 52, shot back with a lawsuit of his own, claiming his ex-wife breached her contract by spilling "personal details" about him in a plot to ruin his career, according to TMZ. He also claimed that his wife tried to cheat him out of his money by inflating her travel reimbursement requests. He wants a judge to block her request to be paid back management fees. She was also seeking damages for lost earnings.

The "Forever and Ever, Amen" singer has had his share of troubles lately. Just last week, the singer was cited for simple assault following an altercation. In August, he was arrested for a DUI after his car hit a construction barricade and brought to the station naked. Earlier, in February, he was arrested outside a church in Sanger, Texas, for public intoxication.
