First step -- keep allergens out of your clothes! After being outside, wash your clothes, as pollen can linger. Reduce mold in your home by using a dehumidifier to keep the humidity below 50 percent. And if sinus pressure is bothering you, make sure you stay hydrated and avoid drinks with caffeine.
