Elena George Makeup Tips: Less Is More
By applying liquid luminizing foundation one shade darker than your normal shade you can achieve a beautiful sun-kissed look.
For dark under eye circles, you don't always have to apply concealer to your eyes, you can also apply Bobbi Brown oil-free foundation one to two shades lighter than your normal shade. The key is blending and fading with light strokes across the dark circles.
Luscious lips:If you want that pouty look, try George's Go Light on My Lips gloss for that natural pout. For more information visit www.golightonmylips.com.
For some encouraging words for your spirit, George recommends the book "Happiness Is...Simple Steps to a Life of Joy," by Pastor A.R. Bernard. George says it's just as important to work on your inside beauty to give you a natural glow from within.
Petula Skeete's Hair Tips
When changing hairstyles, take into consideration how much time you have for styling everyday.
Too much heat can damage hair. Regulate temperature to heat texture. The coarser the hair, the more heat you can use.
Trim hair every six to eight weeks to maintain shape and style.
Use moisturizing products or a leave-in conditioner after every chemical hair service.
If hair is dry, give a moisture treatment. If hair is shedding or breaking, give a protein treatment.

Dawn Anderson is a 35-year-old hair and makeup artist who never takes any time for herself.
Custom-made hair extensions were Petula's "quick fix" for Dawn, which will keep her morning beauty routine to a minimum.
Dawn had beautiful skin already, so Elena said all she needed was to be evened out. Because Dawn recently lost 35 pounds, she really wanted to contour her face and cheekbones. Elena used lighter and darker foundation to highlight and add definition to her cheeks and nose. She also added false eyelashes and highlighter to Dawn's eyes.
Sarah Quintero is a 43-year-old with "can't say no" syndrome — it was time to say "yes" to herself.
Petula gave Sarah a graduated bob that gives her lots of movement throughout the perimeter of her head, plus bangs that opened up her face and accentuated her cheekbones.
Elena gave Sarah, who didn't really wear makeup, a more luminous look with liquid foundation, which also contains skin-protecting sunscreen. Elena added a little light coverup under her eyes to open them up, and some blush. For a nighttime look, she added some chocolate brown shadow to Sarah's eyelids.
Jenny Brito, 54, needed a "make under" — she was wearing too much makeup and mascara and hiding her natural beauty. And she always wore her hair in a ponytail, so Petula and Elena needed to do less with the face and more with the hair.
After Petula took a few inches off her ponytail and giving her some long layers, Jenny felt liberated. Petula also added some golden highlights that pops her complexion.
Elena's motto is sometimes less is more. Jenny has beautiful blue eyes, but you couldn't see them under all the mascara she wore. Elena added false lashes that looked long and natural instead of long and clumpy. Elena also turned down the dial on the blush, adding a little sheen of color to Jenny's cheeks. And because Jenny has a bit of rosacea, Elena used foundation that gave her a natural sun look.
