Oven-Crispy Bacon

Parchment paper

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Arrange the bacon slices in one even layer on the parchment and bake until golden brown and crispy, 25 to 30 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to blot and drain briefly before serving.

(Alternatively, if you have a large metal cooling rack that fits inside a large rimmed baking sheet, you can place the bacon on the rack in one even layer and bake as directed above.)

Yield: 12 slices crisp-cooked bacon, 4 servings
