Chrissy Teigen describes sobriety as 'a different world for me'

Chrissy Teigen is sharing an update on her sobriety journey.
The model, mom, cookbook author and wife of John Legend said abstaining from alcohol is changing her life.
Ahead of Legend's performance on Wednesday as part of the Inauguration Day events in D.C., Teigen shared some beautiful family snaps of the historic sites, writing on Twitter, "Just incredible to be here. sober. I know that’s weird but it’s like...a different world for me. everything is new and better."
Describing her emotional state, she added she was "very happy. The most happy bigly happy."
In late December, Teigen revealed she was "four weeks sober."
She also discussed her past struggles with alcohol in 2017 when she told Cosmopolitan about cutting back on drinking and how it influenced her life.
She told the outlet at the time that she was "point blank, just drinking too much."
"I used to think it was kind of nutty to have to go totally sober," she said, "but now I get it. I don't want to be that person ... I have to fix myself."
Since sharing her sobriety updates on social media, Teigen has received thousands of supportive comments from fans.
