Christina Aguilera shares photos of her daughter meeting Mulan

Christina Aguilera's new post on Instagram brought back all of the '90s vibes with an adorable video of her daughter meeting Mulan at Disneyland this past weekend.

The star, along with fiancé Matthew Rutler, had a family fun weekend celebrating the Year of the Mouse at Disneyland's Lunar New Year celebration. While there, they ran into Disney Princess Mulan, who took the time to say hello to the singer's 5-year-old daughter, Summer.

"Shoutout to Mulan," Aguilera posted.

This cute moment was special for her because she sang the song "Reflection" for the 1998 animated classic "Mulan." "Reflection" became her first single and also appeared on her self-titled debut album.

More than 20 years later, the movie is being remade into a live-action film starring Chinese-American actress Liu Yifei. While songs from the original film will be present, it will not be a musical like its predecessor.

"Mulan" will be released on March 27, 2020.
