Nominations for the 57th annual CMA Awards are here.
The CMA Award nominations, which were announced Thursday morning, are led by Lainey Wilson with nine nominations, including entertainer of the year, single of the year and album of the year.
The “Watermelon Moonshine” singer is also making CMA Awards history as the only artist to top the nominations list in her first two appearances on the final ballot. Last year, Wilson topped the nominations list with six nods as a first-time nominee.
Jelly Roll follows close behind with five nominations for single of the year, male vocalist of the year, musical event of the year, music video of the year and new artist of the year.
Other top nominees who are up for four nominations each include Luke Combs and HARDY. Artists with three nominations each include Jordan Davis, Ashley McBryde, Chris Stapleton and Morgan Wallen.
In addition to Wilson, artists who are vying for the highly coveted entertainer of the year award include Combs, Stapleton, Carrie Underwood and Wallen.
Two-time CMA entertainer of the year Luke Bryan and NFL superstar Peyton Manning will return as hosts for the CMA Awards, which will take place at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on Nov. 8, 2023, and will air live on ABC at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.
