Mandy Moore shares emotional letter to her husband on his 35th birthday
"Thank you for trusting me with your heart," she wrote to her husband.
Mandy Moore celebrated her husband Taylor Goldsmith's 35th birthday on Sunday with a loving tribute.
The singer and actress, 36, described her husband, who she married in 2018 after meeting through Instagram, as "undeniable" in a post that featured several photos of him and the pair together.
"I’m not sure what I did in a past life to deserve you but it must have been something big," she wrote. "Your inherent light, humility, grace, humor, and compassion are contagious and I feel lucky to get the chance to bask in your goodness with outstretched arms."
"Thank you for trusting me with your heart," Moore added. "Thank you for being the best travel companion, crossword puzzler, songwriting partner, pet parent, and my favorite person."
She also said that although this year has been "a wild ride" she is still looking forward to what the next year will bring with her husband. "I love you more than anything," she wrote.
Goldsmith reposted his wife's message on his Instagram story, writing, "I have the sweetest most loving wife I could have ever imagined..."
In 2018, Moore told Glamour about how the couple grew a strong bond after her divorce from musician Ryan Adams.
"I was still dealing with the trauma of my divorce when we started dating," she said. "Taylor was steadfast in his support — that was a huge sign for me."
"I view the past as a stepping-stone to get me where I am today," she added. "I would gladly weather all of that a million times over if it brought me to Taylor again."
