New Disney 'Frozen' podcast announced
The 12-episode podcast arrives this October.
Disney Publishing Worldwide is launching a new Disney "Frozen" podcast in collaboration with ABC Audio and Walt Disney Animation Studios that builds on the storytelling of the classic film with a new tale for your children to enjoy.
The upcoming original podcast is a 12-episode standalone adventure, presented by Macy’s, that's perfect to stream with your family.
The new audio series brings back beloved characters from Arendelle -- including Anna, Elsa, and Olaf -- and introduces some new faces for an epic new journey, set after the events of "Frozen 2."
Season one, "Forces of Nature," brings listeners to the Enchanted Forest, where Anna and Elsa find copper machines that are disrupting peace in the kingdom and "the natural order of things."
The sisters must join forces in order to bring order back to the kingdom and restore the Spirits of Nature.
Along with new characters, including Queen Disa, Lord Wolfgang and magpies Astrid and Magnus, the podcast will also feature ABC News’ chief meteorologist Ginger Zee as a voice presenter.
Zee previously hosted ABC Audio’s "Inside Frozen 2" podcast.
The Disney "Frozen" podcast: "Forces of Nature" arrives this October and will be available to stream where you listen to podcasts.
Disney is the parent company of ABC News and "Good Morning America."
