Travis Barker's 'urgent family matter' sees Blink-182 postpone European tour dates
The band shared the news in a statement posted to their Instagram story.
Blink-182 is postponing European tour dates due to an "urgent family matter" for drummer Travis Barker.
The band -- which also consists of members Mark Hoppus and Tom DeLonge -- issued a statement to their Instagram story on Friday, writing, "Due to an urgent family matter, Travis has had to return home to the States."
"The Glasgow, Belfast, and Dublin shows are being postponed," the statement continued. "More information in regards to his return to Europe and rescheduled dates will be provided as soon as available."
Barker has yet to address the matter directly on social media, but hours before the band issued the statement he shared several Instagram story posts, one of a prayer room and two others seemingly from inside the prayer room.
"Good Morning America" has reached out to Barker for comment.
Barker and wife Kourtney Kardashian are currently expecting their first child together, a baby boy, with the reality star announcing the news at the band's June 16 tour stop in Los Angeles by holding up a sign that read, "Travis I'm Pregnant."
The rocker is already dad to daughter Alabama, son Landon and stepdaughter Atiana, whom he shares with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
Kardashian shares daughter Penelope and sons Reign and Mason with ex Scott Disick.
