Video Game Report Card

Nov. 23, 2004 -- -- With so many video games on the market, it's difficult for parents to sift through the wide selection in order to find what's best for their own children.

To make it easier for concerned parents, The National Institute on Media and the Family releases a report card on video games each year.

Institute director, David Walsh, says it's important for parents to really understand how video games can affect children before they run out to buy the latest one to hit the market.

Walsh offered an early look at the list on ABC News' "Good Morning America."
