1. Minneapolis, Minn. -- 43 percent of listings have a price reduction, with an average reduction of 10 percent.
2. Phoenix, Ariz. -- 39 percent of listings have a price reduction, with an average reduction of 14 percent.
3. Albuquerque, N.M. -- 35 percent of listings have a price reduction, with an average reduction of 9 percent.
