Chicken Parm

Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 teaspoons each: garlic powder, cayenne pepper, Italian herbs, salt, pepper and chili powder
1 1/3 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 jar marinara sauce (24oz)
Egg wash: beat 2 eggs and 2 teaspoons buttermilk

Directions
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Mix your breadcrumbs with parsley and all the spices.
Prepare your chicken breasts by coating them lightly in flour, then dipping them in the egg wash and then cover in bread crumbs mix.
In a small skillet, sauté your chicken until golden (inside will still be raw).
In an oven pan add your marinara sauce, then your golden chicken breasts, and cover with cheeses.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the inside is fully cooked!
