'Call a Princess' during Disney's first World Princess Week

The global celebration of Disney Princesses kicks off Aug. 23.

Love Disney princesses? Then get ready for the first-ever World Princess Week!

Disney announced today that World Princess Week will kick off Aug. 23, and feature brand-new products and festivities.

The week is part of Disney's 15-month Ultimate Princess Celebration, which spotlights the courage and kindness of the Disney heroines.

“Through all of our products and experiences, we are beyond thrilled to bring this celebration to fans and families across the globe and, in the process, help inspire people the world over to have the courage to be kind," Stephanie Young, president of Disney Consumer Products, Games and Publishing said in a press release.

Call a Princess

Fans can give a Disney Princess a ring on The Ultimate Princess Celebration Hotline from shopDisney.

Callers can hear five all-new recordings from Disney Princesses by dialing 1-877-70-DISNEY.

Watch a new YouTube series

The Disney Parks Blog is premiering an all-new YouTube series called “Courage and Kindness Club.”

The series includes Disney Princesses showing ways that families and fans can be kind and courageous in their daily lives.

Shop

You can shop a range of new products that are set to launch during World Princess Week.

Brands including Hasbro, JAKKS Pacific, the LEGO Group, Funko and ColourPop Cosmetics will all be introducing new products.

New items will also be available at shopDisney.com and select Disney Parks.

Read a new book

Disney Publishing Worldwide is launching a few new titles in honor of World Princess Week.

One of the new reads is a rom-com reimaging of Cinderella, called “If the Shoe Fits."

Visit Walt Disney World

If you will be at Disney World next week, you can visit the new Princess Tiana-themed playground as part of the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival.

And beginning Aug. 24, you can register for the 2022 runDisney Princess Half Marathon.
