This DIY Valentine's Day slime is the gift that oozes with love
It's gooey, it's pink, and we can't look away from it.
Nothing says "mushy-gushy" quite like DIY Valentine's Day slime!
Your kids can have fun making this craft as Valentine's Day gifts for their classmates, or you can keep it on your desk for whenever you need a colorful stress-reliever during the day.
What you'll need
- Mason jar or container
- Glitter
- Borax powder
- Glue
- Mixing spoon
- Red food coloring
- Clear container
- Teaspoon measurements
Combine 1 cup water with 2 teaspoons borax powder
Mix one bottle of glue with 1/2 cup of water
Dump out an entire bottle of non-toxic glue and slowly stir in the water.
Add a few drops of red food coloring.
Watch the color unfold before your eyes as you mix in the red drops.
Add lots of glitter!
Add some festive sparkles with a generous heap of red glitter.
Slowly combine both bowls.
Watch how quickly the elements combine to form your slime!
Put in a mason jar.
This will prevent the slime from drying out and serve as a cute vessel to give your sweetie as a gift.
