Joey Fatone
Well, for starters, I have been blessed with a great life.I am normally very happy and enjoy life as it comes. I haveheard that many people eat when they are depressed ormad; with me it's the opposite! I eat when I am happy andI have no appetite when I'm not. When I do get mad,LOOK OUT! I tend to get quiet and ignore everyone andeverything around me...I just want to be alone and playvideo games (I find video games are very therapeutic). Ifafter a few HOURS of playing video, I don't feel better, Ithen watch a movie or go to the movies. For somestrange reason a good movie always calms me down, clears my head, and I'm happy again. Then, being happy,I start to eat and I gain weight and then become upset forgaining weight, then I don't eat, lose weight and gethappy, and then eat AGAIN!!!!!!! .... IT IS A NEVERENDINGCYCLE! Guess what, I'm depressed; now Ihave to go play video games!!! Oh well, guess you can'thave everything.
