Priyanka Chopra shares a sweet, subtle nail art tribute to Kobe Bryant
The actress wore "24" on her pointer finger as tribute to the late Kobe Bryant.
Celebrities such as Alicia Keys and Lizzo shared their condolences for the late basketball legend Kobe Bryant during this year's Grammys.
In addition to those who honored his legacy during the affair, actress Priyanka Chopra also paid tribute in an admirable way on the red carpet.
While her ivory, sequin-encrusted, silk crêpe cady kimono look by Ralph & Russo caught the attention of many, the number "24" drawn on her index finger to honor Bryant's famous jersey number was just as -- if not more -- special.
The actress posted a close-up of her nude-toned manicure on Instagram Stories, along with the hashtag "#RIPMamba" and a purple heart to honor Bryant.
In a touching Instagram post, she also wrote that Kobe Bryant was her first real introduction to the NBA.
"He ignited my love for the sport, competition, and striving for excellence," Chopra said.
She continued, saying his legacy is so much bigger than basketball.
Chopra posed on the red carpet alongside her husband Nick Jonas, who performed during the Grammys along with his brothers.
Nick also shared his sentiments on Twitter saying "Praying for the entire Bryant family and loved ones during this tragic time."
