Want Help Asking for Family Paid Leave From Work?
Tory Johnson wants to hear about your employer's family leave policies.
Sept. 28, 2007 -- Most working families struggle when trying to juggle personal demands without job protection or paid leave. For example, many mothers don't receive paid maternity leave and the majority of men and women can't take time off with pay to tend to eldercare needs.
"Good Morning America" has heard from many people who'd like our help to convince their bosses to offer some type of paid leave for family or medical care. Such programs might offer anywhere from two to 10 weeks of paid leave with job protection -- even at a pro-rated salary. If you're interested in working with us to approach your employer, please complete the form below.
We will read all the e-mails we receive, but due to the volume of requests we can'tpromise to respond to everyone. We will do our best. Thank you.
