We have completed our evaluation of Mr. McKee's accidental death and dismemberment claim, which first became appropriate for review in June 2009. Based upon new information received in December 2009, we obtained an independent medical examination to resolve differing aspects in the medical information. Those issues have been resolved in Mr. McKee's favor, and accordingly, we have approved his claim. We thank Mr. McKee for his continuing cooperation during the claims decision-making process, the integrity of which, as always, has served its participants well.
