Two lucky winners and their guests will attend the much-anticipated premiere of "Marvel's The Avengers" in Hollywood, and walk the red carpet with the stars.
The two Grand Prize Winners will each receive roundtrip airfare for two to California, three-nights' hotel accommodations provided by Wyndham Rewards®, and two tickets to the April 11, 2012 World Premiere of "Marvel's The Avengers" at the El Capitan Theater in Hollywood, Calif.

To enter and participate in this Sweepstakes, you must agree to and abide by these Official Rules.

Eligibility: The "Marvel's The Avengers Premiere" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older) and who have an active e-mail account and Internet access as of 3/18/12. Employees of American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. ("Sponsor"), LeadDog Marketing Group, Inc. ("Administrator"), Marvel Worldwide, Inc., Wyndham Hotel Group, LLC ("WHG"), any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering the Sweepstakes or supplying the prize (or any component thereof) and/or each of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and any persons involved in the creation, development or production (including cast and crew) of the Good Morning America television show or Marvel's The Avengers and the immediate family and household members of all such foregoing individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Potential winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility upon request prior to prize award. Void in Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. Territories and where prohibited or restricted by law.
Sweepstakes Entry: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on 3/19/12 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 3/28/12 ("Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock for this Sweepstakes.
To enter, navigate the Internet to www.goodmorningamerica.com and click on the "Marvel's The Avengers Premiere" Sweepstakes image which will take you to the Sweepstakes home page. You must be a registered member of ABCNews.com to enter, which you may accomplish for free. Enter as follows:
a) If you are an existing ABCNews.com member, simply sign in on the Sweepstakes home page with your current member name and password.
b) If you are not an ABCNews.com member, you can register by clicking on the link located on the Sweepstakes home page. You will be asked to provide your first and last name, mailing address with zip code/postal code, phone number, e-mail address, gender, birthday, country, and to select a username and password.
You may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails from the WDIG Family of Sites or from third parties. Consenting to receive promotional or reminder e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning.
Upon submission, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You will not receive an acknowledgement. Free internet access is available at most public libraries.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of e-mail addresses or accounts a person may have. Multiple entries in excess of this limitation or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries must be manually key-stroked by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties, are prohibited. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Proof of entering information at the Sweepstakes website or registration form is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry. Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with ABC.com's privacy policy, available at http://corporate.disney.go.com/corporate/pp.html.
Random Drawing: Potential Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on 3/29/12 (i.e., "Grand Prize drawing"). All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will be included in the Grand Prize drawing. The Grand Prize drawing will be conducted by LeadDog Marketing Group, an independent judging organization/Administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
Winner Notification: Each potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone on 3/29/12 (the method of notification being at Sponsor's/Administrator's sole discretion). Failure to respond to the initial verification e-mail within 2 business days after transmission to the potential Grand Prize winner or return of the e-mail notification as undeliverable after 2 attempts will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. IF WINNER CANNOT TRAVEL DURING THE DESIGNATED DATES ASSOCIATED WITH THE GRAND PRIZE (APRIL 10 – 13, 2012), WINNER WILL FORFEIT THE GRAND PRIZE AND AN ALTERNATE WILL BE SELECTED (TIME PERMITTING). Once potential Grand Prize winners' eligibility and availability to travel have been preliminarily confirmed, he/she will be required to complete, sign and return within 2 business days of transmission, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and Indemnification, and a Publicity Release, where allowed by law. An electronic signature by winner shall have the same legal force and effect as the actual physical document containing winner's signature in ink. If the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification and Publicity Release documents are not returned to Administrator within the specified time period, or if prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if potential Grand Prize winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, prize may be forfeited and potential winner may be disqualified. If potential Grand Prize winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries received during the Promotion Period (time permitting). In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the transmitting e-mail account. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor's control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and select the prize winner by means of a random drawing comprised of all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise select the prize winner in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. Prizes, Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") and Odds:Grand Prize (2 winners): Each winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, California to attend the World Premiere of "Marvel's The Avengers" on Wednesday, April 11, 2012.
Trip includes round trip coach air travel for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; three (3) nights' standard (one room, double occupancy) hotel accommodations at the Ramada Plaza West Hollywood; and one hundred twenty-five thousand (125,000) Wyndham Rewards points redeemable for five (5) $100 gift cards from a variety of retailers (subject to Wyndham Rewards terms and conditions and certain other restrictions including expiration date; terms and conditions can be viewed at www.wyndhamrewards.com);and two (2) tickets to the World Premiere of "Marvel's The Avengers".
Hotel, airfare and gift cards will be awarded in the form of Wyndham Rewards points from WHG. Each Grand Prize winner will receive a total of 573,000 Wyndham Rewards points (Airfare for two: each 200,000 Wyndham Rewards points; together 400,000 Wyndham Rewards points. Three nights' hotel accommodations at Ramada Plaza West Hollywood: each night 16,000 Wyndham Rewards points; together 48,000 Wyndham Rewards points. Five (5) gift cards: each 25,000 Wyndham Rewards points; together 125,000 Wyndham Rewards points).
In order to redeem the Wyndham Rewards points, Grand Prize winners must be or become members of Wyndham Rewards and comply with all terms and conditions of Wyndham Rewards. There is no cost associated with membership. Terms and conditions and further details are available at www.wyndhamrewards.com.
Grand Prize winners are responsible for booking their travel and hotel nights, and that of their travel companion. Once a potential winner is verified as a Grand Prize winner, he/she will be notified by e-mail and telephone on 4/02/12 by Wyndham Rewards Member Services. Failure to respond within 2 days after transmission to each potential Grand Prize winner or return of the e-mail notification as undeliverable after 3 attempts may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Winner and winner's travel companion must travel on the dates determined by Sponsor, surrounding the specified travel dates to attend the premiere (April 10- April 13) or the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. Winner is responsible for all costs associated with round trip travel from his/her home to the major airport near winner's home. Sponsor will determine flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel and accommodations are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel companion (if under 18, winner on his/her child's behalf) must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Other travel and accommodation restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. If winner's residence is within 150 miles of Los Angeles, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air travel and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded in conjunction therewith. Winners and guests must follow all instructions of Sponsor and Prize Provider relative to attending the movie premiere including with respect to taking of photographs and, should winner fail to adhere to any such instructions or engage in unruly, obnoxious, anti-social or otherwise inappropriate behavior (as determined by Sponsor/Prize Provider in their sole discretion), Sponsor/Prize Provider will, without further notice or warning, terminate winner's attendance at the movie premiere and/or take other actions as Sponsor/Prize Provider deems appropriate in their sole discretion so as to protect the rights of all others present, without liability or other obligation to winner. If attendance at the movie premiere is abbreviated for any reason other than inappropriate behavior by winner and/or guest, Sponsor/Prize Provider liability shall be limited to awarding the remaining elements of the Grand Prize to winners. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner's responsibility, including but not limited to: round trip transportation between the winner's residence and any airport of origin, alcoholic beverages, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls.
The estimated retail value of each Grand Prize trip is $2,450.00. All benefits and payments are personal to the winner and are not redeemable for cash and neither assignable nor transferable.
Total ARV of all prizes: $4,900.00
Actual final value of trip may be higher or lower based on point of departure, airline ticket and airline availability and cost at time of purchase; winner will not receive the cash difference between estimated retail value and actual final value of prize. Prize elements may be subject to additional restrictions. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Prize elements awarded in the form of a gift card are subject to terms and conditions thereon. Winner and guest must travel together on specified itinerary and possess any identification or documentation required to travel. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability and Prize Supplier's approval (which may be granted or withheld in its sole discretion). Any portion of the prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited. Sweepstakes is available to over 100 million Internet users. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual final retail value of his/her prize.
Conditions and Limitations of Liability: By participating, each entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects; and (ii) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Marvel Worldwide, Inc., WHG, LeadDog Marketing Group, Inc., each of their respective advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, any entity responsible for the administration of this promotion, each of the foregoing entities' respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns, and any persons involved in the creation, development or production (including cast and crew) of the Good Morning America television show or Marvel's The Avengers (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injuries, losses or damage, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, and/or from entrant's acceptance, receipt, use or misuse of the prize or component thereof. Released Parties do not make any representation, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, relating to the Sweepstakes or the prizes. By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor and its designees permission to use his/her name, voice, likeness, photograph, video, prize information, biographical data and city and state of residence on a winner's list and for programming, publicity and promotional purposes, worldwide in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor and its designees are not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. Sweepstakes subject to the laws of the United States only. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All submissions become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged.
Disputes: Arbitration/Choice Of Law: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the award of the prize, or the determination of the winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of New York or any other jurisdiction, and all proceedings shall take place in the City of New York, County of New York.
