Well, as MGM gets ready to begin filming its 20th Bond movie, here's a dilemma worthy of 007 himself. Which James Bond movie is your favorite?
For those of you who who voted in our "Bond ballot," which listed the 19 Bond movies produced by MGM, check out the results below. (No, Bond enthusiasts, we didn't forget about Bond spoof, Casino Royale, or Never Say Never Again, a re-working of Thunderball, but they weren't produced by MGM and they weren't included in the ballot.)

"Bond Ballot" Results:
1. Goldfinger, with 27% of the vote. (1964):Starring Sean Connery as James Bond, Honor Blackman, Tania Mallet and Shirley Eaton as the Bond Girls, Gert Frobe as the villain, Auric Goldfinger, and Harold Sakata as the henchman Oddjob. In Goldfinger, agent 007 is sent to Miami by M to spy on Goldfinger, a powerful businessman who is suspected of illegally smuggling gold around the world.
2. From Russia With Love, with 9.4% of the vote. (1963): Starring Sean Connery as James Bond, Daniela Bianchi as the Bond Girl and Robert Shaw and Lotte Lenya as the villains. In this film, British and American espionage agents race against independent sinister organization SPECTRE to obtain a Soviet Lektor decoding machine.
3. Live and Let Die, with 7.1% of the vote. (1973): Starring Roger Moore as James Bond [in his first outing], Jane Seymour as the Bond Girl and Yaphet Kotto as the villain, Mr. Big. In this Bond movie, 007 is sent to stop a diabolically brilliant heroin magnate armed with a complex organization and a reliable psychic tarot card reader.
4. GoldenEye with 6.1% of the vote. (1995):Starring Pierce Brosnan as James Bond, Izabella Scorupco and Famke Janssen as the Bond Girls and Sean Bean as the villain, Alec Trevelyan. In GoldenEye, James Bond must deal with stolen Russian satellite weapon, known as GoldenEye. Like a nuclear weapon, GoldenEye emits a powerful electronic pulse that is capable of knocking out every piece of modern technology for miles.
5. For Your Eyes Only with 5.7% of the vote. (1981): It stars Roger Moore as James Bond, Carole Bouquet, Lynn Holly Johnson and Cassandra Harris (Mrs. Pierce Brosnan) as the Bond Girls and Julian Glover as the villain, Kristatos. In this film, agent 007 is assigned to hunt for a lost British encryption device and prevent it from falling into enemy hands.
6. Thunderball, (1965): with 5.5% of the vote. Starring Sean Connery as James Bond, Claudine Auger and Luciana Paluzzi as the Bond Girls and Adolfo Celi as the villain, Largo. In Thunderball, SPECTRE steals two nuclear bombs for a massive extortion scheme and agent 007 is sent in to find them before they can be used.
7. Dr. No, (1962): with 4.4% of the vote. Starring Sean Connery as James Bond, Ursula Andress as the Bond Girl and Joseph Wiseman as the villain, Dr. No. In the first ever official Bond film, with Sean Connery famously setting the tone of 007's license to kill by gunning down an unarmed man. It is known for Andress's rise from the ocean in a little white bikini.
8. The Spy Who Loved Me, (1977): with 4.2% of the vote. Starring Roger Moore as James Bond, Barbara Bach as the Bond Girl, Curt Jurgens as the villain, Stromberg and Richard Kiel as Jaws. In this film, agent 007 must work with his female Soviet counterpart to find the answer to the disappearance of nuclear missile carrying submarines.
9. Octopussy, (1983): with 3.9% of the vote. Starring Roger Moore as James Bond, Maud Adams and Kristina Wayborn as the Bond Girls and Louis Jourdan as the villain, Kamal. In Octopussy, a Faberge Egg found with a murdered British agent puts Bond on the trail that leads to a plot to kill thousands to weaken NATO defences in Europe.
10. You Only Live Twice, (1967): with 3.7% of the vote. Starring Sean Connery as James Bond, Akiko Wakabayashi and Mie Hama as the Bond Girls and Donald as the villain, Blofeld. In this film, agent 007 and the Japanese secret service ninja force have to find and stop the true culprit of a series of spacejackings before nuclear war is provoked.
11. On Her Majesty's Secret Service, (1969): with 3.7% of the vote. Starring George Lazenby as James Bond, Diana Rigg as the Bond Girl and Telly Savalas as the villain, Ernst Stavro Blofeld. In this Bond movie, the agent is approached by a crime boss to marry his daughter and in return both father and daughter help 007 hunt for his archenemy, Ernst Stavro Blofeld.
12. The World Is Not Enough, (1999): with 3.3% of the vote. Starring Pierce Brosnan as James Bond, Robert Carlyle as the villain Renard, Sophie Marceau as Elektra King, Denise Richards as Dr. Christmas Jones, Robbie Coltrane as Valentin Zukovsky, John Cleese as Q's asst. In this film, Bond, feeling responsible for the death of a British oil tycoon and a friend, who died in an explosion in MI6 headquarters, he takes position as bodyguard to the tycoon's daughter, Elektra.
13. Moonraker, (1979): with 3.1% of the vote. Starring Roger Moore as James Bond, Lois Chiles as the Bond Girl, Michel Lonsdale as the villain, Drax and Richard Kiel as Jaws. In Moonraker, James Bond investigates the mid-air theft of a space shuttle and discovers a plot to commit global genocide.
14. Diamonds Are Forever, (1971): with 2.9% of the vote. Starring Sean Connery as James Bond, Jill St. John and Lana Wood as the Bond Girls and Charles Gray as the villain, Ernst Stavro Blofeld. Directed by Guy Hamilton.In this film, agent 007 goes to Las Vegas to investigate the disappearance of diamonds in transit and discovers the involvement of his archenemy, Blofeld.
15. Tomorrow Never Dies, (1997): with 2.8% of the vote. starring Pierce Brosnan as 007, Michelle Yeoh and Teri Hatcher as the "Bond Girls" and Jonathan Pryce as the megalomaniac villain. In this film, mad media mogul 'Jonathan Pryce' wants to start World War III to win ratings. Bond has to stop him.
16. A View to a Kill, (1985): with 2.3% of the vote. Starring Roger Moore as James Bond, Tanya Roberts as the Bond Girl and Christopher Walken as the villain, Max Zorin, with Grace Jones as henchwoman May Day. In A View to a Kill, James Bond is faced up against a mad industrialist who plans to destroy Silicon Valley. It is up to 007 to stop him and his ally May Day.
17. The Man with the Golden Gun, (1974): with 2.0% of the vote. Starring Roger Moore as James Bond, Britt Ekland and Maud Adams as the Bond Girls and Christopher Lee as the villain, Scaramanga. In this film, Bond is led to believe that he is targeted by the world's most expensive assassin and must hunt him down to stop him.
18. The Living Daylights, (1987): with 1.2% of the votes. Starring Timothy Dalton as James Bond [in his first outing], Maryam D'Abo as the Bond Girl and Joe Don Baker as the villain, Whitaker. In The Living Daylights, James Bond is living on the edge to stop an evil arms dealer from starting another world war. Bond crosses all seven continents in order to stop the evil Whitikar and General Koskov.
19. License to Kill, (1989) with 0.9% of the vote. Starring Timothy Dalton as James Bond, Carey Lowell and Talisa Soto as the Bond Girls and Robert Davi as the villain, Sanchez. In this film, James Bond leaves Her Majesty's Secret Service to stop an evil drug lord and avenge his best friend, Felix Leiter.
