-- For Jude Silver, there was nothing more exciting than getting a chance to test out Disney's new Playmation for Marvel's Avengers.
"Am I the first ever kid to try this?!" the 6-year-old asked with a big smile on his face.
After unboxing the new interactive toy, which hits stores Sunday, Jude really took to the toy, inspired by Iron Man's repulsor weapon. The theme of the game is simple, Ultron is back after the latest "Avengers" movie and you have to fight him and other villains from the Marvel universe.
But the toy really uses the imagination and has kids jumping around invisible foes to make sure they aren't hit by one of Ultron's evil bots.
"That's what you get Ultron!" Jude yelled when firing his toy at the enemy.
Throughout the game, J.A.R.V.I.S., Iron Man's trusted guide, helps explain to kids what's going on around them, so they can move on to advanced levels.
As for the inspiration behind Playmation, which is not meant to be a video game someone plays from their seat, ABC News spoke to Mike Goslin, Vice President of Production and Content at Playmation.
"We started out with the notion of what can we do with the Internet of things," he said, adding there's also an app out Sunday that will guide children from battle to battle and keep track of their progress. "As things get connected to each other, how do we entertain our audience?"
The team at Playmation also wanted to get kids moving and bring back old-school kind of play, Goslin said. They discovered that if you have descriptive audio with great affects from the wearable device, it gives children a really rich experience.
"We wanted it to be active, physical and empowering," he said. "Also we asked kids and the Number one thing they all wished they had were superpowers."
