Man Who Suckles Wife's Breast Milk Claims ED Benefits

July 11, 2010— -- Jeff just can't get enough of his wife Michelle, especially after she has had a baby. Their two children -- aged 2 and 8 months -- come first, but their father happily waits for her leftover attention.

Jeff is into breast feeding. At his wife's teat, that is. After she nurses her youngest, it's Jeff's turn and he suckles, just like a baby. He claims the fetish has helped him overcome his erectile dysfunction.

"Some guys are turned on by feet, some are turned on by spanking, I get turned on by breast feeding and getting my wife pregnant," says Jeff, a 34-year-old landscaper. "The first time I latched on and the milk started to flow, I had to stop, otherwise I would finish off right there."

"When I was pregnant with our daughter, our first child Ayla, he was very excited, especially as I started getting bigger and bigger and changing more," says his wife Michelle, 27 and a stay-at-home mom. "My breasts started getting bigger, which excited him. He's definitely a boob guy."

The Akron, Ohio, couple is one of the first to be featured on the third season of TLC's "Strange Sex" series, which premieres Sunday, July 15 at 10 p.m. ET. The show explores not only odd sexual desires and fetishes, but bizarre physical conditions.

The series confirms that truth is stranger than fiction, especially in the bedroom. Annie has sized 102ZZZ breasts, the biggest in the world, and Wesley has a scrotum that is 160 pounds and growing.

Lynn and Johnny are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary as she undergoes a in a hymenoplasty, a vaginal reconstruction procedure to recreate her virginity. Carrie Ann has always struggled to reach orgasm during sex, but once she is asleep, they climax like magic.

But for Jeff, breast-feeding seems to be the act that fulfills his sexual desire.

"I really don't care what people think," Jeff told ABCNews.com. "I grew up to try to be a people pleaser and came to the conclusion that you can't please everyone. It works for us and we are consenting adults. And it helps me be able to perform."

"I can't explain it, but when I breast-feed, it helps strengthen my erection," he says. "When Michelle was pregnant with our son and stopped producing milk and I had to drink regular milk, during that time I was unable to maintain a healthy erection. The first time I breast-fed again, it was awesome."

And that's not his only fetish. Jeff is turned on by getting his wife pregnant and has forbid her to use any kind of birth control, even though both their children were born prematurely and doctors have warned Michelle about potential dangers to her health if she risks another pregnancy.

But his wife is just as into it. "It was very erotic," said Michelle. "Breasts are a central sexual object and milk flowing does not just have to be just for the baby. If there is excess, we might as well make use of it."

Jeff puts the sweet breast milk in his coffee and in his breakfast cereal. He's also into vampires, naming their infant son Khayman from a character in Anne Rice's "Vampire Chronicles." Sometimes he bears his teeth into Michelle's areola and sucks the blood.

"Our son takes priority because he is nursing," Jeff told ABCNews.com. "I don't just suddenly pull over and start drinking."

Jeff said that they never breast-feed in front of the children, but reserve their intimacy for the bedroom.

In the episode, television producers send Jeff to see licensed sex therapist Kimberly Resnick Anderson, who is director of Sexual Health at Summa Health System in Akron.

He flipply tells Anderson that his fetish grew from an incident as a child. "My mother wasn't exactly modest and I allegedly walked in when I was 4 or 5 and she was soaking in the tub," he told ABCNews.com. "I asked if I could suck on her boobies."

But Anderson said his sexual interest is more likely about domination.

"I think his thing is about taking over her body to drink her milk and fill her womb and suck her blood," said Anderson, who only met with the couple for two hours. Both were resistant to seeking further counseling.

"It's all about infiltrating her in every sense of the word. In my opinion, he is taking her life force away and living through her body."

Paraphilias Become Hard wired

Jeff exhibits paraphilia, defined by the psychiatric Diagnostics and Standards Manual (DSM5) as "intense sexually arousing fantasies, sexual urges or behaviors generally involving nonhuman objects, the suffering or humiliation of oneself or one's partner, or children or other nonconsenting persons that occur over a period of at least six months."

Anderson is not convinced that Michelle, who has chronic back pain and other health issues, is fully consenting. "She is really indulging him," said Anderson.

"He is all about, 'I am a freak and I am proud,' but it's a little too celebratory and creepy," she said. "I feel like his wife claims to be on board, but I get the vibe that he is being quite manipulative with her."

Sexual fetishes, which fall under the wider umbrella of paraphilias, are not that uncommon, according to Anderson, who has participated in other "Strange Sex" episodes that include a man who pops balloons for sexual pleasure and another man set for next week's show who is obsessed with stinky tennis shoes.

"A fetish is when a person prefers an object to a live person and it becomes a requirement for a sexual response," she said. "Without the shoe, the man cannot achieve or maintain an erection. I have seen that with fur, rubber, diapers, bugs -- even car fetishes -- anything you can think of, there is a sector out there."

One of her patients fell in love with an inflatable duckie he found on the beach as a child. By the time he reached puberty it became sexual. "Some imprinting goes on and hard wiring and it's extra difficult to change it," she said of those with fetishes.

Scientists are now looking to neurological rather than environmental causes for sexual fetishes. SSRI antidepressants are beginning to show some promise in treating these people.

"It turns the volume down on compulsive and preoccupying urges and enables them to respond to more conventional relations," said Anderson. "But we don't know how or why."

Jeff and Michelle had little interest in seeking more help for his fetish.

"They are celebrating their lifestyle and not taking into account the down sides or the health risks," Anderson said. "He's all about being a freak and I am proud."

She said the breast-feeding fetish is seen less often than Jeff's desire to impregnate his wife. She said the couple would be good candidates for psychotherapy.

"There are plenty of guys who have tasted their wives' breast milk by accident or out of curiosity or who have explored it in sex play, but it doesn't become the focus and it doesn't take on a life of its own," said Anderson. "Being able to drink someone's breast milk is not so far out there. But he is over the top."
