Dr. Oz's 'Move It and Lose It' Diet Program Launches

Jan. 10, 2011 -- Today on "Good Morning America," Dr. Oz talked about his free "11 Weeks to Move it and Lose It" virtual nutrition and exercise program to help people get motivated and trained to live a fit life.
The online program offers access to an elite training team of fitness and nutrition experts, and more than 400,000 people have signed up already.
Oz says people are more successful when they work with a personal trainer or nutritionist, but those things can get expensive. The program allows participants to get informations from the pros while setting goals, trackign weight loss, planning daily manus, asking questions and being a member of a weight-loss community for support.
