There's no need to starve yourself in between meals. Snacking reduces the feeling of hunger so that you actual feel satisfied. This way, you don't feel the need to order more food or just overeat. Essentially, you'll be eating less in the long run.

Most people are in a better mood when they're satisfied with their food. For instance, it's very difficult to concentrate on anything when you're hungry or constantly thinking about your next meal. Don't get cranky -- have a snack!

Relieve stress by taking a break and just enjoying a snack. It only takes a couple of minutes to enjoy the snack, and then you can get right back into what you were doing. Sometimes you just need a break.
