How to Snack and Still Lose Weight

Having healthy snacks in between meals can actually help you to lose weight. Now, healthy snacks don't always taste as good to some people, so try pairing your healthy snacks with a small serving of the following healthy dips or condiments to make them even tastier:

Nut or soybean butter
Fruit butters such as apple or pumpkin
Raisins or dried cranberries or cherries
Whipped low fat cream cheese
Low-fat yogurt (like Greek Yogurt)
