Cities Around the World Commemorate Victims of Brussels Attacks

One World Trade Center to shine colors of Belgian flag tonight.

— -- The Belgian flag's colors of black, yellow and red lit up the skies across Europe and the Middle East this evening to express their support of Brussels in the wake of the terrorist attacks.

From Paris to Dubai, countries around the world joined in solidarity with Brussels when the city was devastated by explosions that claimed the lives of at least 31 people and injured dozens more.

Downing Street in London also flew the Belgian Flag at half-staff to mourn the victims lost in the attacks.
