Peter Greste returns to Twitter after release from Egyptian prison.
— -- Free after 400 days in an Egyptian prison, Al Jazeera reporter Peter Greste has reclaimed control of his Twitter account and is on his way back to Australia.
His brother Mike Greste has been at the helm of his Twitter account since his imprisonment:
And after a quick note of gratitude this morning for the outpouring of support online, Mike hands the account back to his brother:
Speaking Monday in an interview with Al Jazeera English, Peter said he couldn't wait to "feel sand under his toes."
Peter left behind two Al Jazeera colleagues in Egypt's Tora Prison, Canadian-Egyptian producer Mohamed Fahmy and Egyptian cameraman Bahar Mohamed:
