Large Fire Breaks Out at Fancy Ritz Hotel in Paris

-- A fire has broken out at the glitzy Ritz Carlton hotel in Paris that is undergoing renovation.
Police have advised Parisians to avoid the area near the hotel, describing the fire as large in a tweet.
“Firefighters are at the scene and working to contain the fire,” a police official told ABC News today. "It started in the early hours of Tuesday in the attic.”
There were no casualties reported.
"At the moment, it is very unlikely that the fire will spread or that the ceiling will collapse," the Paris fire department said.
The hotel, located in the high-end area of Place Vendome, is where Princess Diana spent her final hours before dying in a car crash in 1997.
Owned by the billionaire businessman Mohamed Al-Fayed, the hotel is undergoing a multimillion-dollar renovation and was due to fully reopen later this year after nearly four years of renovations.
