Did Dodi Two-Time Diana?

LONDON, Feb. 7, 2008— -- Dodi Fayed had all-night sex sessions with his previous girlfriend Kelly Fisher at the same time he was seducing Princess Diana in the Mediterranean, according to transcripts of phone calls between Fisher and Fayed released at the Royal Courts of Justice yesterday.

"You even flew me down to St. Tropez," American underwear model Fisher told Fayed, "to sit on a boat while you seduced Diana all day and f***** me all night."

The blunt telephone conversation was recorded, according to Fisher, in August 1997, just weeks before Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed, the son of the owner of Harrods, died in Paris in a car crash.

It was introduced Wednesday during the official inquest into the deaths of Diana and Fayed being conducted in London.

Fisher 39, who lives in Los Angeles, told the court when she testified in December that while she was at Fayed's apartment in Paris, she found out that Fayed had gone to St. Tropez, on the French Rivera, to spend time with Princess Diana and her two sons, William and Harry.

That vacation in St. Tropez was reported to be the first of three trips that Dodi Fayed and Princess Diana took together.

It did not take long for the pair to fall for each other, according to the anguished Fisher.

Fisher told the court in December that when she went to the South of France to attend a party at the Fayed's villa, she was put aside, kept away from the royal guests.

According to Fisher, Fayed came to visit her at night in secret until she found out that Fayed was wooing Diana.

Fisher said she stormed out and told Fayed she would sue him for breach of contract.

Fisher claimed that she and Fayed were engaged when he began a relationship with Princess Diana.

"I don't understand," Fisher told Fayed, according to the transcript, "how one day we're in love and then … why are you doing this to me?"

"Kelly, you went with … " said Fayed, before Fisher cut him off.

"I didn't go with anyone in a year. Why are you doing this? Because it's Princess Diana?" Fisher asks.

"Will you stop it? We broke up, Kelly, Fayed said, according to the transcripts.

"You are f****** crazy," said Kelly. "We were together the whole time. And you knew it."

Fisher and Fayed had struck a prenuptial deal, according to the London Times.

Fisher was supposed to receive an allowance of about $500,000 a year.

Then they broke up, but Fisher said she believed they were still going to marry on Aug. 9, 1997.

Not long after, newspapers showed pictures of Dodi Fayed and Princess Diana on a boat in the Mediterranean.

"You were on the boat with her," said Fisher. "It's been in the newspapers, Dodi."

"You'd better not f*** with me, because you know that you wanted to marry me and you have been calling my mother."

On several occasions during the conversation, Fayed tried to cut the talk short, saying that Fisher was losing her nerves.

"You're hysterical, Kelly," said Fayed. "I am not going to talk to you."

"Of course I am hysterical,"said Kelly. "We were supposed to get married and have children."
