Breast Milk Lollipop Makers' New Creation
The latest from Lollyphile is as far from breast milk as it gets.
April 24, 2014 -- The makers of the infamous breast-milk lollipop have come out with a new flavor, and it's almost like the opposite of breast milk.
Or at least the opposite of what baby -- or breast-feeding mom -- should be drinking.
Lollyphile this week unveiled their brand-new flavor: Beer.
“People have been asking us to make beer lollipops for years,” said Jason Darling, the owner of Lollyphile. “Every time we tried one out, though, it felt too generic. So we decided to specialize, and lager, stout, and IPA felt like a good three to start with."

This isn't the first time Lollyphile's made alcohol-influenced treats. For wine lovers, there's Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot flavors. For cocktail enthusiasts, there's strawberry-basil mojito and strawberry-banana daiquiri.

Jason Darling, the company's founder, told ABC News at the launch of the breast milk lollipop that he created the flavor because, "I had to know what tasted so good it could knock out a screaming infant." So what's behind the all the alcohol-inspired creations?
"I've basically always wanted to own a bar," he said.
To celebrate the launch, Lollyphile is offering 50 percent off it's entire line of lollipops with discount code BEERBREAK at checkout this week.
