Why This Couple’s Photos Are Capturing Social Media Attention Worldwide

Tynedria Meneweather Bell said she's been receiving thousands of messages.

— -- A Louisiana woman was shocked after her Christmas photos took the Internet by storm this weekend.

Bell, 26, said she and her husband of four years, Pendarius, did a holiday-themed shoot with photographer Keyston Harris prior to Christmas.

In the photos, the beaming couple are seen kissing and holding hands. Bell even gives Pendarius a piggy back ride.

"Me and my husband, we are a happy couple, so we did silly poses with the photographers," Bell said. "He [Harris] uploaded them on Facebook."

Soon after, Bell said she received a flood of Facebook messages from strangers thanking her for boosting their confidence.

"Just last night I was telling my aunt I'm never gonna find love because of my weight," one of Bell's followers wrote in a message. "You and your husband inspired me to know there's someone out there for me. Thank you."

The comments make "me feel excellent," Bell said. "When I was young I was so negative and a now, I see people looking up to me. For the people that didn't have faith in themselves, they didn't need me to boost their ego, but I thank god that they paid attention to me to help do that. They have nothing more to hide or have to be depressed, or stressing. Everybody's got to be loved."

Bell's photos have received over 10,000 shares on Facebook.
