“I sleep with my wife and my dog,” McGraw said. “The first thing I do when I get up is put my collar on my dog.”

6. If he could be any cartoon character who would he be?
Superman.
“I’ve always wanted to have some super power,” he said. “Batman really has to have tools and suits and cars and all that, where Superman, it’s all built in.”
7. If he could be any animal, what animal would he be?
A big cat -- a panther or lion.
“They’re super-fast and agile, very stealthy, and they can see well at night. I love that,” he said.
8. One person he wishes he could have on his show:
Jesus Christ.
“I would ask him, 'For the rest of my life, what do I need to do from this day forward?'” said McGraw.
