Mansion decorated in fly '90s style listed for sale

The property boasts a home theater and an indoor pool.

— -- An off-the-hook 1990s-themed mansion has hit the market in Michigan.

Priced at approximately $800,000, the 7,252-square-foot 6-bedroom estate features decor from the turn of the millennium, including pink, purple and turquoise color schemes throughout.

"I was totally shocked at the decor, it brought back childhood memories from the 90s," according to the property's realtor.

The mansion, which sits on Cass Lake, includes a home theater and an indoor pool.

Although the asking price is $800,000, the home has been appraised for $1.8 million, the realtor, Mark Z, told ABC News.

"It makes it a more challenging sale because of the decor," Mark Z said. "It's unique. It's definitely got some flair."

The mansion is being sold by its original owners, who built the property in 1996. They kept the original decor the same for 20 years simply because it suited their style, Mark Z said.

The furniture is not included in the asking price.
