Perhaps most interesting is that parents have to be told not to use these names.
Feb. 20, 2014 -- If you ever thought about naming your child Harry Potter, Facebook or Hitler, you'd be out of luck if you lived in one Mexican state.
According to the Associated Press, those are just a few of the 61 banned baby names in Sonora, Mexico, a town that borders Arizona. The list of banished names may grow as officials discover additional objectionable names.

Bullying is behind the name ban, Civil Registry director Cristina Ramirez told the AP. "The law is very clear because it prohibits giving children names that are derogatory or that don't have any meaning and that can lead to bullying," she said.
But is a law banning unusual names really necessary? Perhaps. A girl called "Marciana," or "Martian," and a boy called "Circuncision," or "Circumcision" live in the town of Navojoa, Mexico.
