Asking Price for Donald Trump's Former Connecticut Mansion Drops to $45 Million

In late 2014 the asking price was $54 million -- now it's $45 million.

The Georgian Colonial mansion's asking price was reportedly $54 million when it was initially listed in late 2014.

When the couple divorced in the early '90s, Ivana won the Greenwich mansion in the property settlement. Ivana later sold the home in 1998 for $15 million.

The 19,773-square-foot mansion includes the main house and a guest house.

The property has eight bedrooms, 13 baths, a three-story rotunda foyer with double grand staircase, formal rooms and views of Long Island Sound.

The mansion, which was originally built in 1939, also includes a variety of luxurious amenities, including a home theater, putting green, multiple terraces and patios, tennis courts and three fully-equipped staff apartments.
