Pricey Mini-Movies Made to Sell Mega-Mansions

See the mini-movie that sold a mega-mansion.

— -- It may look like a blockbuster film, but it isn’t. It’s a mini-movie that was made by a real estate agent to sell a $32 million Los Angeles-area mansion.

The movie even has a plot. The general gist: When the husband goes out of town, his wife texts all her friends to come and enjoy the home’s beautiful pool.

But why? Shouldn't a five-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom house that costs $32 million be able to sell itself?

“No,” Rayni Williams, the real estate agent, told “Good Morning America.” “Nothing sells itself anymore.”

There are more young billionaires than ever, and real estate agents will stop at nothing to grab their attention.

The plot for the movie was devised by Williams’ husband and business partner, Brandon Williams.

“In the beginning I thought that is too risqué, we can't do that, real estate has never seen anything like that before,” she said, referring to the movie idea.

The Williamses also made a $100,000 movie to promote another property, an eight-bedroom, 15-bathroom mansion also in the Los Angeles-area.
