-- If you’re looking for love inspiration, just head on over to new viral Instagram account, “The Way We Met.”
Two weeks ago 27-year-old Brooklyn Sherman started the account, which now has over 73,000 followers.
“It's just average everyday couples that have great love stories that I'm putting out in the world,” Sherman said on “Good Morning America.”
Sherman, who also works at a talent agency, asked happy couples to share their stories and has already shared more than 30 happy endings.
One photo shows a pair kissing at the beach, and the woman wrote, “I met my boyfriend at a theater. I was acting in a play and he was bartending. He's not just one in a million, he's once in a lifetime.”
“People love to talk about love. If you’re not in a relationship it gives you hope and it makes you believe you will find someone and someone is out there for you. That was my mission all along,” Sherman explained. “People are finding love in all different places and it’s happening every day. There’s someone for everyone, and I truly believe that.”
Like Taylor Elizabeth and Kaleb Nation, another couple Sherman featured.
“We met at YouTube convention. Fast forward to a year and a half later, we ended up dating,” Nation said on “GMA.” “We’re getting married in October!”
They're even planning on inviting Sherman to their wedding.
Some naysayers are saying these couples are essentially just bragging, but another couple Jaclyn Cleary and Parker Smith – who met on Tinder in Los Angeles only to realize they grew up twenty minutes away from each other in Ohio – have not experienced any negativity.
“I think people are inspired by it. It gives them hope,” Cleary said on “GMA.” “I think everybody wants to have their ‘the way we met’ story.”
For all of those still searching for love out there, Sherman advised not giving up hope, because you never know where you’ll meet that special someone.
“I think at the end of the day, life is about the memories we make with the people that we love,” she said.
