-- Yves “Jetman” Rossy is at it again. The Swiss pilot teamed up with world-renowned skydiver Vince Reffet for the first-ever twin human formation flight.
In the awe-inspiring new video shot over 6 months, the duo drops from a helicopter two and a half miles up and then performs synchronized aerial acrobatics above Dubai.
“It’s really a new dimension, because alone in the sky is great, but it’s much greater to be with a partner,” Rossy explained on “Good Morning America.” “You have the inside view. You are flying, and at the same time you have the picture of how you are in the air.”
Rossy and Reffet perform daring dives in the desert and give an aerial tour of the towering skyline flying right past and over the world's tallest skyscraper.
Reaching speeds of 120 miles per hour, the duo is outfitted in Rossy’s futuristic suits, weighing 120 pounds each.
Jetman and his new sidekick are raising the bar again for fantastic flying feats.
