Oct. 28, 2005 -- Vice President Dick Cheney's top aide, I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, has been indicted on five counts, including obstruction of justice, perjury and false statements in the investigation into the leak of an undercover CIA officer's identity.
President Bush's political adviser, Karl Rove, was spared an initial indictment, but remains under investigation.
