For first couple on ‘Kiss Cam,' second time's a charm
-- President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama gave the people what they wanted today while cheering on the USA Basketball Olympic team in Washington, D.C.
They were caught by the "Kiss Cam" not once but twice, and it seems they may have needed a little urging from the audience to smooch in front of all the fans. According to the White House pool report of the event, when the Kiss Cam caught them the first time, the first couple smiled but wouldn't kiss.
The crowd booed.
Later in the game, the Cam landed on them again. This time, the president, with his arm around his wife, gave her a peck on the lips. The crowd cheered, and shouts of "four more years" could be heard.
