Bobby Jindal on Iraq: 'Parlor Games' Aren't 'Helpful'

The potential 2016 candidate won't say whether the invasion was a good idea.

"I don't think that the parlor games are helpful," Jindal told ABC News, when pressed.

"What is helpful," he said, "is that at the time, given the information that they had, President [George W.] Bush made absolutely the right decision. Let's remember, the world is a better place without Saddam Hussein."

On whether Jeb Bush handled the question well over the course of a week, after initially misinterpreting the question, as Bush has described it, Jindal said that "Anybody thinking about running for president or running for president needs to be ready for any of the questions the media is going to ask."
