Donald Trump's Campaign Manager Kellyanne Conway Says Roger Ailes Stopped By for Lunch Recently

Kellyanne Conway talked to "Good Morning America" Wednesday.

When asked whether Ailes is still providing Trump with debate advice, Conway said she doesn't know.

"I don't know, because Mr. Trump speaks to many people on the phone when I'm not there," Conway said. "They've known each other probably for 30 years, I would think, pre–Fox News and pre–presidential politics."

The channel's parent company, 21st Century Fox, settled a sexual harassment lawsuit with former Fox News anchor Gretchen Carlson for $20 million. Ailes left the network July 21 and has denied the allegations against him.

Florida decided not to join the 2013 lawsuit filed by New York's attorney general. Bondi has insisted that the timing of Trump's $25,000 donation was coincidental.

"In the case of Mr. Trump and Attorney General Bondi, they said they never discussed the Trump University lawsuit," Conway said.

While Trump and Bondi spoke before Trump sent the check, Conway said the two "may have talked about anything" and said the $25,000 was for Bondi's re-election.

Trump, speaking to reporters Monday on his plane, said he never spoke to Bondi about the case.
