Clinton Says 'No Case Here' Regarding Email Scandal, Urges FBI to Look at Staffer Emails

She urged voters to "not get distracted from the real choices" in this election.

"I’m sure a lot of you may be asking what this new email story is about and why in the world the FBI would decide to jump into an election with no evidence of wrongdoing with just days to go? That’s a good question," Clinton told supporters at Kent State University.

"Now they apparently want to look at emails of one of my staffers and by all means, they should look at them. I am sure they will reach the same conclusion they did when they looked at my emails for the last year," she added.

The FBI concluded that Clinton committed no crimes in her use of a private server after reviewing tens of thousands of emails that passed through the server, including thousands of emails recovered by the FBI after Clinton’s lawyers deemed them not work related and deleted them.

Clinton urged her supporters to focus on choosing the next president and "not get distracted from the real choices of this election and the consequences for your future.”
